A relaxing New Year's Day with Photos

New Years Day was an amazing experience for our group in Argentina. We were able to spend an amazing day at our guide and interpreter's house Alejandro. He and his family were wonderful hosts that allowed us to spend afternoon at their house enjoying the sunshine and even swimming in his pool.

We were able to soak up the summer sunshine as we relaxed and enjoyed some of the finest hospitality we could imagine. We were able to have burgers grilled on his firewood grill that was part of the house. Grilling and spending time with family and friends is a big deal in Argentina. It showed how much the family wanted to take care of us and make sure we were well satisfied.

In the evening we were able to enjoy some of the finest homemade "Empanadas" and we were able to talk about many topics and enjoy each others' company and listen to music and dancing. We are continuing to have an amazing experience and we are excited for the next day to arrive.
